4. Subscription and Billing

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Go2Market does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Go2Market connects to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect service functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

Go2Market and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EMQU LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go2Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
