Content Data

Posts, images, videos, brand assets, and other content you create or upload to the platform.

Usage Data

Log data, device information, IP addresses, and analytics about how you interact with our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Go2Market service
• Publish content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered content, images, and videos based on your brand identity
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications
• Improve and optimize the platform
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (including Anthropic Claude and others) to generate content. Your brand information and prompts are sent to these services for processing. AI providers may process but do not retain your data beyond the generation request. Generated content is stored in your account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Social media platforms — to publish content you authorize
• Payment processors (Stripe) — to handle billing
• AI service providers — to generate content
• Infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage
• Legal authorities — when required by law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
